My New Home!
We moved! YaY! It has been a long emotional, physical, and mental roller coaster this past year and a half! From moving from our little house back in with Shawn's parents to moving from Shawn's parents to our Townhouse and everything in between! I love my home it is perfect for me! I enjoy waking up each morning to a clean home to make breakfast for my family! I enjoy spending time with Elijah, who by the way is adjusting quite well to the move! He is walking at 10 months old! He took his first steps at 9 months old. He is getting soo big! He is in the stage of life where he doesn't want anything to do with anyone except his mom!! It makes me crazy!! Lol! I love that I am able to visit people that I care so much about without having to drive 40 minutes to get there. Thank you father for giving me a home where I can be the best mom and housewife possible!!

Oh My Blog!!
Well! It has been a few months since the last post! Elijah is now 9 months old and is soooo close to walking! He likes to climb things...specifically his chair! I have really enjoyed watching him be completely helpless to be quite independent! I love him sooo much! He has this bad habit of squealing or screaming when he gets mad! This, I am affraid, I need to break asap! I am not down with the squealing and screaming especially when it's because he doesn't want to wait for his cup or his food when I am preparing them! Speaking of preparing food, I have become quite the good cook! Everyone in the house votes me to cook every night! With this I have decided that I am going to enjoy cooking! I look forward to learning and creating new recipes! This is going to be great when I am in my own home! I am soo excitited to be able to learn the new things that I want to learn. On of the things that I am currently interested in and would love to become quite good at it is using coupons at stores. Using them at the right times and in the most responsible way! Could you imagine how much money I could save each month on everyday household items and food?! About 50-90% yes you have read that correctly 50-90% in savings! EXCITING I know it!! Oh yeah and EVERYONE around me is having BABIES!!!

My Jewelry Party
I am ecstatic about my party! I have several yes conformations and a couple maybe and 0 non attending! I cannot believe it is only a week away and I cannot wait! I feel like a little kid waking up on christmas morning and seeing all the gifts in the living room! I just want it to be the 16th already!!
1/18/11
So My Awesome Jewelry Party was a blast. All of us ladies had a great time trying on and playing in jewelry! At this time I get $88 in FREE jewlery! I am still trying to get an order or 2 but I'm not being sucessful. It is fine though! I love that I am able to purchase a few pieces for half off and that goes towards my points to get FREE jewelry! It would be awesome if I could get a 2 more people to book a party!

UUUUGGGGGHHHHH! The Not So Wonderful Things Of Parenting
11-29-10
Last night I really wanted to RIP my hair out! Elijah woke up at two a.m screaming. I tried to feed him, I changed his diaper, I cuddled him but he would not stop screaming and crying!!! I was soooo overwhelmed the only thing I could do was hold him while I was crying thinking that a job away form my child sounds great right about now. I never thought I would feel that way. I was so lost in what I thought I knew and what I did know about parenting. I have younger siblings and lots of nieces and nephews, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect as a parent. Boy was I wrong or what. I would like to blame it on the fact that back then I was a teenager and could handle the chaos and late nights. So needless to say I was up until three a.m crying with my baby until we both fell asleep. Then the cycle started itself over at six-thirty a.m.
I watch my niece Leah when Charlene goes to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Well, Today Elijah had been really fussy like he has been for the last week because he has been teething. And Leah had been fussy because she could sense that I was overwhelmed with Elijah. I was so thankful when mom came home and helped me with Leah while I tried to make my Elijah happy. By the way Elijah loves homemade turkey noodle soup!
Mom and I went to Boise to do some grocery shopping because its supposed to snow tomorrow. It was nice to get a break form my teething, not so smiley, grumpy little boy, but when we got home it was wonderful to see his sleepy little face. so I snuggled with him for a few moments then put him down to sleep for the night.

Snow! Teething! Fevers! Cooking! Not Moving...
11-27-10 down to 11-23-10
Hmmm! Where do I begin? Well its been snowing ALL day! Oh how I do enjoy the snow, but i am not as huge of a fan of the icy snowy roads. On the bright side it is going to be awesome when Charlene, Kristin and I go snowboarding!!!
I am riding over to my sister's house tonight while Shawn goies to work. I am going to play games and enjoy time with my cousin Tiffany and her boyfriend Travis, my cousin Shyanna, and my sister's friend Sarah and of course my sister! They are all wonderful people and a blast being aroud!
Hopefully Elijah will get some sleep tonight and finally start feeling better.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I made a Green Bean Casserole. it was mighty tasty! We played games and had a blast laughing and enjoying the company of family!
Elijah has been trying to cut his top teeth. he has been running a fever of 99.5 - 102. He has been sooo uncomfortable and sometimes I feel a little overwhelmed. It is difficult for me because my hubbo works nights and is sleeping through the day. So most days I am the only one taking care of Elijah which makes me feel like I am a single parent sometimes. Okay okay I will stop complaining now. This is not what this blog is about.
Shawn & I have decided not to move into the little place that we were looking at. Looks like we are going to have to stick it our where we area at for a while longer! Not my favorite thing, but there certainly are a lot worse things out there.

Cleaning, laundry, kids, cooking, more cleaning
Not much to blog tonight!
Today, I put laundry that I washed, dried, and folded yesterday away. I put the dishes in the dishwasher so it could do the washing AND rinsing while I made dinner, which consist of:
Homemade Sloppy Joes
Baked Potatoes
Mixed Veggies
I am not a fan of Sloppy Joes, but a friend of my sisters gave me a recipe and let me tell you it was delicious!

Today was a day full of all different kinds of emotions!
For those of you that don't know Shawn and I have been offered a home to rent for fairly cheap! Well turns out this home is really super nice and the rent is even cheaper then we have imagined! Our GOD is an awesome GOD! Although we have been offered this home and we are really excited for it and our step into the world, there are a few people in our lives that don't think this is the step we need to take. Shawn and I have been praying about this for a super long time and we feel this is our chance to strive!!
I talked to my dad on the phone today and he has been informed that he will have to be flown to Seattle to have Surgery on his heart. They will be putting stents, a small, expandable tube used for inserting in a blocked vessel, in his heart to open his arteries more. I have tears of sadness, not because he is having surgery, but simply because I am soooo worried about him. I pray that someone can go with him and that if someone could go with him my little sister Ginnetta can go with him so that way he knows that he doesn't have to go through this speed bump alone. Although, if no one is able to go with him, I know that he will not be alone because he has the one and only God Almighty to be with him and protect him.
Oh and I might add that Elijah is officially my half grown toddler! He is now 6 months old!!!
